1) What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) ?
We do not have MOQ actually. But please note minimum printing charges do apply for very small quantity order like 50pc. Please contact us for the prices chart.
2) Can I print my logo & wordings on the bags?
Sure, most of our customers do want to print their logo, it’s form of branding and advertising ! However, you can also just buy the plain bags ( no printing).
3) What is the printing lead time required ?
Our printing standard lead time is 5-7 working days, depending on no of color printing, quantity and material. For express order, we can do it within 3-4 working days with urgency charges incurred.*
4) What kind of printing method used to print the bags ?
Silk screen printing, dtf heat press, sublimation printing and laminated printing.
5) What design files I should provide for the printing ?
Requirement for Ai file
Artwork File Requirement (either one):
1. Illustrator CC or below version
– Font need to be converted to curve/outline
– Image must be embedded
2. PDF format with high resolution
3. JPG/PNG with high resolution, preferably 300dpi (in spot color)
Illustrator file must create outline (convert to vector format for all wordings)
6) Can I see a mock up sample with my logo ?
Yes, once order confirmed and deposit payment made, we will proceed to produce mock up sample within 2-3 working days. If you do not want to commit the order first, we can still do the mock up sample ( sampling charge incurred). Upon confirmation of sample without changes, the sampling charge will be deducted in the invoice.
7) How could I have a look at the sample bags ?
You are welcome to visit our office/showroom. But do inform us about your arrival first before coming. Alternatively, we could courier the sample to you ( courier & sample fee incurred).
8) I am not in Klang Valley, can you ship/courier the bags to me ?
Certainly. We engage reliable courier company for daily delivery service, thus delivery charges involved.
Alternatively, for those in Klang Valley area, you may collect your goods from us at our showroom in Cheras, KL upon it’s completion.
9) How is the payment mode like?
Payment mode: 50% down payment upon confirmation of order/artwork, and balance upon collection of goods/full payment before courier delivery.

10) What is ultrasonic quality ? how is it difference from the normal stitching quality ?
Ultrasonic non-woven tote bag is made via ultrasonic welding technology, by using high-frequency sound waves to heat and fuse the fabric, thus creating strong & seamless joints. These bags are known for their clean appearance, resistance to fray and durability. Compared to traditional sewing method which use human in production with high wages, ultrasonic tote bags have huge advantage in term of costs and thus great value for money.
11) I want to print my logo on the bags, how do I make the order?
