Non-Woven Bag

1. What types of non-woven fabric do you use (PP spunbond, laminated, RPET, etc.)?
Our normal non woven bag is made of PP spunbond; for full color print whole page, it's either rPET material or laminated non woven bags.

2. Is the material water-resistant or laminated for extra durability?
Non woven material is not water proof, water can still penetrate through the fabric slowly. Laminated non woven bag is water-proof, due to it’s PE layer laminated on it.

3. Are your non-woven bag made from recyclable or biodegradable materials?
Non woven bag is made of recyclable material which can be biodegraded easily, thus it’s really eco-friendly.

4. Do you offer bags with bottom gussets or side gussets for extra capacity?
We have bags with both side & bottom gusset, usually bigger capacity, we also have bag with just bottom gusset.

5. Can you produce the non woven bags with zippers, Velcro closures, or button snaps?
Yes, as a leading non-woven bag supplier and manufacturer in Malaysia, we can custom made bags with zipper, velcro closure and button snaps.

6. What printing methods do you support? (Silkscreen, gravure, offset, heat transfer, flexo)?
Our printing methods are silk screen, DTF heat press, Sublimation heat, laminated printing and embroidery.

7. Is full-color (CMYK) printing available on both sides?
We can print CMYK on either single or both side of bags, depending on customers’ preference.

8. Can you show me samples of previously printed non-woven bags?
Yes certainly. Here are some printing sample.

9. Do you offer after-sales support or reprint compensation for production errors?
Yes, as a reputable non-woven bag supplier and manufacturer in Malaysia, we can replace those defective bags, either touch up or reprint.

10. Can I print an eco-friendly message or recycling symbol on the non-woven bag?
Certainly, you can print whatever logo/messages on the non-woven bags. We just need your artwork.

11. What’s the production time for large quantities of non-woven bags?
For large quantity like 5000pc with 1 color printing, 7 days is enough for us. For multiple colors printing both side, then extra few more days are needed to complete the job.

12. Are your non-woven bags suitable for food, groceries, books, events, or fashion packaging?
Non woven material are suitable for all kind of uses except for food. For food, you need food-grade material like plastic for hygenic purpose.

13. Do you provide design support or artwork editing services?
We provide logo placement, artwork editing for you to see the bag printing layout. For complicated artwork & logo, you may engage your own designer to do it.

14. Can you print QR codes or barcodes on the non-woven bags?
Yes, you can print your QR code & barcode but there is size requirement for that. For QR code, must not smaller than 3cm x 3cm.

15. Do you provide digital mockups or physical samples before printing?
Yes definitely, we can produce mock up sample upon order/artwork confirmation.

16. What are your standard shipping methods to outstation?
We use courier express service for outstation delivery, at very competitive rate.
