1. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ) for Canvas Bag?
No MOQ order, we can take very small order like 10pc.

2. Can I mix designs or colors within the MOQ?
Yes, you can mix bag type in different design.

3. Do you use 100% cotton?
No, some are polyester cotton bag, similar to pure cotton material at discounted prices.

4. What printing methods do you provide? (Silkscreen, DTF, embroidery, heat transfer)
Our printing methods are Silkscreen, DTF, embroidery & sublimation.

5. Can you print on both sides of the Canvas Bag?
Yes, we can.

6. Do you provide sample before we order in bulk?
Surely, sample will be provided once order confirmed.

7. What is the sample cost? Is it refundable if we place a bulk order?
Sampling cost varies from RM40–RM200 depending on bag type and printing colors.

8. Are bags packed individually or in bulk cartons?
Bags are packed in 100pc/carton. Less than 100pc usually we use plastic bag to pack.

9. Do you charge for special packing (e.g., individual polybags, gift wrapping)?
Individual packaging of OPP plastic can be arranged with cost involved.

10. Are the Canvas Bags machine washable?
Yes, they can be washed by using washing machine.

11. Do you allow split delivery for one bulk order?
Yes, we can arrange it.

12. Are there any promotional price or better bulk order price?
Certainly, discount will be given for bulk purchase.
